Senior Engineering Manager, Electronics and High Voltages Systems
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) engineering teams. This role is responsible for driving technical excellence cross-functional collaboration and program execution across all electrical systems development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering proven leadership capabilities and a passion for innovation in power systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead mentor and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence accountability and continuous improvement.
- Align team goals with organizational objectives and product roadmaps.
- Technical Oversight
- Provide technical direction for the design development and validation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and customer requirements.
- Review and approve engineering documentation schematics and test plans.
- Oversee university collaboration agreements
- Program Management
- Oversee project timelines budgets and resource allocation across multiple programs.
- Collaborate with Program Management Manufacturing and Quality teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Support manufacturing plants as needed.
- Manage risk and resolve technical issues throughout the product lifecycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support customer engagements technical reviews and proposal development.
- Drive innovation and technology roadmaps in alignment with strategic goals.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering discipline or related field.
- 10 years of experience in systems engineering and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of LV and HV architectures components and safety standards (e.g. ISO UL IEC).
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated global management experience

NOTE: The base pay hiring rate expected for this position is: $150000-$175000 annually. This position is eligible to participate in an incentive and level of participation are determined annually.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
