Our Agent Executive Position is a role designed for individuals who wish to own their own insurance and financial services business. Entering into our custom accelerated program, you will learn the ins and outs of the insurance and financial service industry. The role demands a highly self-motivated individual with the desire to build a business around helping people through discovery conversations and relationship building. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Study, practice, and train in all roles associated to owning your own business through our in-house mentorship program.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance and financial options.
- Achieving sales goals as required for the position.
- Working closely with agent and managers.
- Going through consistent training and improvement.
- Obtain other licenses required for agency ownership.
- Build a business plan.
- Strategize agency growth strategies.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
Highly organized and detail-oriented - Experience in sales
- Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
- Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License (before you start working)
- Able to obtain Life and Health License (throughout the course of working)
- Able to obtain Securities License (throughout the course of working)
