SIPs Shaper/Production Laborer, 1st Shift, $19–$21/hour - Holland, MI

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic construction skills
Ability to read blueprints and measurement tools
Woodworking or carpentry experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation and good attendance
Skills:
Skilled in using hand and power tools
Ability to fabricate panels accurately to blueprint specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work safely and maintain a clean work environment
As a SIPs Shaper/Production Laborer, not only will you be fabricating Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) using various hand tools, maintaining quality standards, and performing final inspections, but you’ll also operate hi-lo and overhead cranes while assisting with problem-solving and additional production duties as needed. This job, depending on your work ethic, could be a short-term or a long-term fit.
