Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Repair and replace defective parts and components of machinery.
• Install, modify, and set up new production equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal machine performance and safety.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including LOTO procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Relevant vocational training, apprenticeship, or certification in mechanical repair or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) troubleshooting.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
• Certification or experience in industrial welding (MIG, TIG).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles.
