Salary Range: $143,000 - $194,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and effectively.
• Manage plant budget and optimize resource allocation to control costs and maximize profitability.
• Implement and enforce strict quality control standards to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Develop and maintain a robust safety culture, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through effective performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years in a plant management or senior leadership role.
• Proven leadership ability with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• MBA or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering Management, Operations Management)
• Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Multilingual capabilities, particularly Spanish
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, Industry 4.0)
