APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Dearborn, MI looking to add Radiology Techs to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to perform diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating medical conditions. Could this be the job for you?

What your day will look like:

• Operate X-ray and imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images of the body.
• Position patients correctly and ensure proper exposure techniques to obtain high-quality images.
• Adhere to radiation safety regulations and infection control protocols.
• Assist radiologists and other physicians in evaluating images for diagnostic purposes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete all required documentation in the medical imaging system (PACS/RIS).
• Monitor and maintain imaging equipment; report malfunctions or issues promptly.
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and institutional guidelines.
• Participate in continuing education and stay current on advancements in radiologic technology.

What we are looking for:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
• State licensure (if applicable).
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
