Qualifications:
- Minimum requirement of Bachelor degree with a major/minor in Health and PE
- Possess or be eligible for a valid Michigan teaching certificate with Health and PE endorsements
- Meet highly qualified requirements
- Ability to assess and document student progress
- Professional in personal conduct and actions
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective behavior management skills
Duties:
- Plan and teach lessons in Health and Physical Education
- Create a positive classroom environment for all learners
- Assess student progress
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, parents and community
- Respect and maintain confidentiality of student information
