Facilities360 is actively seeking a dependable and experienced Nighttime Supervisor to oversee janitorial operations across Wayne County and surrounding areas. This is a part-time salaried position (25–30 hours/week), with shifts beginning after 6:00 PM.

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can manage nightly operations, perform inspections, and step in when coverage is needed. This role requires strong leadership, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support janitorial staff at multiple locations
• Conduct real-time inspections and ensure quality control
• Fill in when team members call off or require support
• Lead by example and direct staff in a professional manner
• Maintain regular communication with management

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in janitorial operations or supervisory roles
• Reliable transportation is required
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Available to work evenings after 6:00 PM
• Willing to serve as a working supervisor when needed

Compensation:
• Flat salary based on experience
