Job Description

We are seeking a motivated HVAC Installer to join our commercial new construction team. This role will consist of installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial buildings, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. It offers a supportive environment where you can grow and contribute to high-profile projects throughout West-Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install ductwork according to construction documents.
• Measure and cut sheet metal for ductwork installation.
• Drive to job sites up to 40 miles from Grand Rapids.
• Utilize hand tools such as hammers, tape measures, screwdrivers, and cutters.
• Collaborate with other trades and team members on-site to achieve daily goals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in sheet metal installation and ductwork fabrication.
• Ability to accurately measure ducts and read a tape measure.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• 3+ years of commercial experience in sheet metal and HVAC installation.
• Reliable transportation for travel to job sites in West Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
