• Active LPN license in Michigan.
• Minimum 1 year of LTC or similar experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Administer medications and basic treatments according to care plans.
• Assist with daily living activities and resident hygiene.
• Observe and report changes in residents conditions.
• Accurately document nursing interventions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the care team to support resident-centered care.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
