As a Principal Partnerships Analyst, you will be a core member of the team responsible for identifying, evaluating and closing the most strategic partnerships across the Oracle Health and Life Sciences business.
We are seeking an analytical leader with healthcare experience to help shape the next chapter of partnerships at Oracle Health. The ideal candidate will have healthcare deal execution experience, strong analytical and communications skills, and program management aptitude to work cross functionally to see deals through to close within a matrixed environment. Experience in Healthcare is paramount.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

Defines targets, goals, and initiatives to drive growth and improve Partner performance and satisfaction

Facilitates ongoing QBRs and health checks to objectively track Partner performance (financial, product, delivery, etc.) and provides actionable recommendations, guidance, and remediation plans to resolve issues and improve outcomes.

Supports onboarding of new partner accounts and GTM activities such as pricing and packaging/SKU creation, sales enablement, etc.

Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts

Operationalize business practices outlined in the contract into corporate best practices

Coordinate engagement across stakeholder groups include product management, sales, GTM, , support, professional services, finance, CorpDev, and legal

Supports Oracle teams in issue resolution (Sales, Client Support, Procurement, Invoicing, etc.)

Drives medium and long term strategy and collaborative roadmap planning between partner and Oracle Health product org

Develops strategic and GTM insights based on trends in partner portfolio
Experience Needed
-
Track record in analytical, deal-focused roles
-
3 - 6 years in analytical and/or deal driven healthcare work, including healthcare investment banking, consulting, venture capital or partnerships

Demonstrable experience in evaluating new market opportunities and managing cross-functional teams to bring large deals or projects to close

Quantitative and strategic skills

Financial modeling, market sizing, and ROI analysis

Excellent excel and written presentation skills

Healthcare experience is essential

Proven ability to navigate objectives of multiple stakeholders

Comfortable leading internal meetings and external deal reviews.

Education and technical fluency

Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree a plus).

Ability to quickly onboard on clinical workflows and Oracle

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
