Join our dynamic real estate team as a Buyer Specialist and take your career to new heights! We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to play a pivotal role in converting leads into successful buyer meetings. As a Buyer Specialist, you will be responsible for making a minimum of 50 proactive calls daily, conducting a minimum of 5 property showings per week, and converting a minimum of 20% of cold leads into scheduled buyer meetings. Reporting directly to Kyle Geenen, our Team Leader, you will have the authority to independently schedule and coordinate showings, tailor communication strategies, and address client inquiries promptly. $70,000 (salary plus commission)

• Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
• Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home

• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired

• Real Estate Experience not required (we prefer you don't have any real estate sales experience)
