Eckhoff & DeVries Painting and Wallcovering Inc is looking to hire a long term office manager that is highly motivated and organized. The individual must be able to thrive in a fast paced work environment and have a willingness to learn. Previous office management experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right individual.

Our company has been in business for over 42 years and is well established in the Grand Rapids area and beyond.

Job Description: Office Manager

• Answer phones, open mail, email with customers
• Billing - AIA format, standard format, portals
• Past due accounts / collections
• Payroll, A/R, A/P.
• Help manage insurance and retirement plans.
• General office organizing, filing, misc office tasks.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work with and get along with others.
• Prioritize and multi task in fast pace work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Coachable
• Able to navigate and work with computers/ software.
  • QuickBooks - AR, AP, Payroll, Job costing
  • Microsoft Excel and Word

Pay Range:

• $40k - $65k: dependent on skill and qualifications.

Hours:

• Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
