This full-time role combines accounts payable responsibilities, administrative/clerical support, and front desk reception duties. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

$19 - $21 hourly

Accounts Payable Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices and expense reports
• Verify invoice approvals and supporting documentation
• Prepare and process checks and electronic payments
• Maintain vendor accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting procedures

Clerical / Administrative Support

• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
• Scan, copy, and organize legal and administrative documents
• Assist attorneys and staff with general administrative tasks
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Monitor and order office supplies

Reception / Client Service

• Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Schedule appointments and manage conference room calendars
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
• Provide general information and support to clients and guests

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
• 1–3 years of accounts payable, receptionist, or administrative experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Preferred

• Prior experience in a law firm or professional office
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
