Registered Nurse Residency
Encompass Health Corporation is excited to offer a Registered Nurse Residency program designed for recent nursing graduates. This program is tailored to transition newly graduated Registered Nurses from students to full-time nursing professionals through immersive, hands-on training and mentorship in our diverse care settings. By joining our residency, you will become part of a team that is dedicated to improving the lives of our patients across inpatient rehabilitation and home health care settings. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop clinical skills while gaining real-world experience in a supportive and patient-focused environment.
