Process Technician
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our team in Sparta, MI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production processes. If you have a passion for problem-solving and a knack for optimizing operations, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure optimal performance and quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Document and analyze process data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process changes.
- Conduct quality inspections and tests to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Train and support new team members on process protocols and safety procedures.
- Assist in the development of process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Process Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
