We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician for Old Farm Shores Apartments in Kentwood, Michigan. Explore the property here:
Working Hours:
Enjoy stable employment full time-year round with Monday through Friday shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including potential overtime opportunities.
ON CALL IS 1 WEEK EVERY 6 WEEKS creating an awesome work/life balance!

Compensation & Benefits:- Pay starts at $20.00 an hour- Annual salary increases up to 5%
- Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
- On-call bonus of $100 per week when On Call is 1 week every 6 weeks!
