REPORTS TO: OPERATIONS MANAGER
STATUS: PART-TIME (NON-EXEMPT)

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Part Time Operations Team Member will be responsible for a variety of duties dependent upon the need for the day, while providing participants, members and/or guests an excellent experience in every aspect.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Maintain and control trash
- Monitor, maintain and service restrooms
- Consistently communicate issues and relevant updates to your supervisor and applicable Team members
- Assist with the execution of applicable events
- Assist with setting up rooms, moving tables and chairs
- Use cash registers and serve concessions
- Serve as a bartender as needed
- Be knowledgeable about prices, leagues, and events
- Complete special projects, daily assignments and other duties as directed by management

- Action-oriented personality with a 'get it done' attitude and proficiency for efficiency
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Can work with a wide variety of age groups
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours) and regular attendance necessary
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent guest service skills
- Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situations
- Must work well with others
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist high
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time, whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, or bend into awkward positions while performing job functions
- Facility has intermittent noise
- Will be required to operate a computer
- Must be able to walk intermittently
- Must be able to safely operate a Utility Vehicle
