We’re looking for a dynamic LLMSW with afternoon and evening availability, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, supportive team.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct assessments, create/implement treatment plans, and maintain documentation
  • Deliver therapy to children (10+), teens, couples, and families
  • Use creativity and evidence-based interventions to help clients meet goals
  • Build strong relationships while maintaining professional boundaries
  • Collaborate with a supportive team and represent Ellie in the community

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field
  • Active Michigan license (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, LP)
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfort working with diverse populations
  • Experience with DAs, treatment plans, and case notes
  • Bonus points for experience with children, teens, or couples—and for bringing a sense of humor

The Details

  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 sessions/week for full-time
  • Some evening and/or Saturday availability required (flexible times)
  • Regular 1:1 meetings with our Clinical Director, monthly team meetings, and ongoing professional development
