Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement industrial control systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA).
• Program and configure Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex electrical and control system issues.
• Develop and maintain accurate control system documentation, including schematics and logic.
• Support commissioning, startup, and optimization of new and existing manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve system performance and reliability.
• Ensure all control systems comply with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and commissioning skills for automated machinery.
• Knowledge of industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB) and servo/motion control systems.
• Ability to read, interpret, and develop electrical schematics and control panel layouts.
• Familiarity with functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 13849, IEC 62061) and safety circuit design.

Bonus Qualifications

• Robotics programming and integration experience (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB)
• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
• Proficiency with SQL databases for data collection, reporting, and MES integration
• Familiarity with ISA-88 batch control or ISA-95 enterprise-control system integration standards
