Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes or equipment.
• Monitor process performance using statistical analysis and control charts.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives leveraging methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process design, validation, and transfer.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Experience with process simulation software, CAD, and/or statistical analysis tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency in a programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB)
• Experience with advanced process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Arena)
