Salary Range: $108,000 - $156,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Implement and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage, train, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and productivity improvements.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to optimize material flow and finished goods dispatch.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing operations environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse production teams.
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain management.
• Commitment to fostering a strong safety culture and driving quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
