Customer Service Representative

Start Date: March 9, 2026

Location: Plymouth, MI 48170

Shift: Must be available 7 days a week between 5:00am–10:00pm (set schedule assigned after training)

About the Role

Step into a high‑impact Customer Service Representative position supporting a fast‑growing healthcare organization. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional support in a call center environment, ensuring members receive clear, accurate, and compassionate assistance.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound customer service calls, answer questions, process inquiries, and provide follow‑up when needed
• Accurately enter and update information across multiple systems while maintaining strict attention to detail
• Support members with prior authorization questions, general inquiries, and sensitive healthcare information

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recent high‑volume call center experience (within last 2–3 years)
• Strong job tenure (no jumpy resumes)
• Minimum 30 WPM typing
• Solid computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Ability to meet quality and accuracy metrics
• Must complete required assessments (Typing Test & Call Center Skills Test)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MI.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
