Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies and services.

Provide information about policy coverage, changes, and billing.

Assist customers with policy updates and endorsements.

Process payments and manage billing inquiries.

Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry.

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.

Ability to learn and retain information about insurance products.
