Project Manager, Oracle Health and Life Sciences Revenue Operations
Job Description
Provides strategic programs and initiatives to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of Oracle Health and Life Sciences' financial and business objectives. Establishes and standardizes and streamlines business practices and processes to enable scalable revenue operations. Develops, communicates, and delivers training to ensure effective adoption and execution of business processes across the organization.
Responsibilities
Acts as a liaison across key functional areas including Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
Collects, inputs, verifies, and analyzes data to measure key performance indicators against business objectives, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Provides regular updates to management on budget versus actual performance, clearly communicating variances and recommended actions.
Advises leadership on economic impact, risk, and compliance considerations related to strategic decisions, transactions, and deals.
Communicates Oracle business practices across the organization and monitors processes and approvals to ensure full compliance.
Leads and drives the implementation of new processes, systems, and procedural improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability.
Partners cross-functionally to align operational strategies with revenue goals and organizational priorities.
Qualifications
Recognized as an authority within the organization, with demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations.
Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and key business partner to senior leadership.
Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in collecting, organizing, and presenting data, particularly in spreadsheet-based tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows, ensure data accuracy, and resolve discrepancies through effective follow-through.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $29.42 to $60.63 per hour; from: $61,200 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
