What You Will Do:

• Develop Power BI solutions, test datasets, and collaborate with business product owners to support data-driven decision-making.
• Explore business areas aligned with your major or minor to see how your academic background applies in a real-world setting.
• Gain hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric tools like Power BI and Azure; cloud computing knowledge (e.g., AWS) is a plus.
• Apply project management and Agile methodologies to support analytics initiatives and collaborate effectively across team.

What You Will Bring:

• Currently pursuing a degree in STEM, Supply Chain, Financial Management, or Business Intelligence.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in working with large datasets and solving complex problems.
• Effective communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and collaborate across teams.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and applying tools like SAP, Power BI, Excel, or Tableau to support data-driven decision-making.
