Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels for raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop, mentor, and manage production teams, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Monitor operational budgets and expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
• Coordinate with supply chain, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure seamless operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing and motivating production teams.
• Proficiency in production planning, budgeting, and managing operational KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Experience with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
