We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Clerical Data Entry Clerk to input, manage, and maintain accurate data in our digital systems and databases. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in computer software and typing, and able to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter data from source documents (paper or digital) into the appropriate database, system, or spreadsheet.

Review data for accuracy and completeness before entry.

Perform regular data quality audits and corrections as needed.

Update and maintain information on internal company systems.

Perform clerical tasks such as scanning, filing, sorting, and organizing documents electronically.

Respond to data-related inquiries and provide administrative support as required.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data and records.

Collaborate remotely with supervisors and team members via email, chat, or video calls.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED); additional clerical or administrative training is a plus.

Proven experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative support roles.

Fast and accurate typing skills (recommended: 45+ WPM).

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.

Familiarity with data entry software, databases, or CRM systems is an advantage.

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.

Own computer or laptop (unless otherwise provided by the employer).

Availability to work during agreed remote business hours.

Familiarity with cloud-based tools (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack, Zoom) preferred.
