We’re hiring a Customer Service Associate to lead first-contact resolution efforts, manage customer interactions, and serve as the primary liaison for Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is passionate about service quality and team empowerment.

The starting wage for this position is $17 per hour plus benefits and commissions

What You’ll Do:

• Customer Experience & Resolution.
• Provide above-and-beyond service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle and resolve customer issues at the counter and during returns with professionalism.
• Create a culture of empowerment and hospitality among staff.
• Leadership & Communication.
• Serve as the primary NPS liaison for the location.
• Analyze NPS results to identify trends and root causes.
• Communicate performance updates and drive action plans to improve guest satisfaction.
• Coach employees on customer needs and service techniques.
• Team Support & Compliance.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and individual coaching to team members.
• Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures.
• Support internal communication and service consistency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in operations and sales; rental car experience a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and leadership abilities.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
