We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, drive sales performance, contribute to a positive and engaging store environment, and act as our brand ambassador. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
Compensation:$16 - $25 hourly plus commission
Responsibilities:- Set up at multiple locations
- Be a brand ambassador, engaging with people and educating them on our product
- Work in the store selling phone plans, accessories, and insurance
- Problem-solve common device issues.
- Good people skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Skilled in upselling accessories, protection plans, and add-on services
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Able to problem solve
- Able to navigate different operating systems, like Android and Apple
