Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues to minimize production downtime and improve reliability.
• Implement and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and industrial control systems.
• Manage and execute electrical projects, including upgrades, installations, and commissioning of new machinery.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., NEC, NFPA 70E) within the facility.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production teams on electrical systems and best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, power distribution, and motor control circuits.
• Proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens).
• Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and resolving electrical issues on manufacturing equipment and production lines.
• Knowledge of relevant electrical codes (e.g., NEC) and safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E, OSHA).
• Ability to design, implement, and optimize electrical control systems for manufacturing processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial automation platforms (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA).
• Proficiency with electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols and OT cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
