Registered Nurse
Temp - Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care (LTC)

Required Skills:
- Valid LVN or LPN license in good standing
- Proven experience in long-term care or similar settings
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and staff
- Ability to adhere to strict protocols, including attendance policies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under supervision and as part of a team
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Bilingual abilities to support diverse patient populations
- Prior familiarity with infection control procedures
- Certifications in CPR and First Aid
- Graduation from an accredited LVN/LPN program
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or related healthcare environment
- Current valid licensure and certification(s)
- Dependable transportation; Ability to start on 03/09/2026
- Willingness to adhere to McLaren Northern s attendance policy an emphasis on punctuality is critical
- Willing to travel if necessary; reimbursement for licensure, certifications, travel, and other applicable expenses
