Salary Range: $49,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and proactively identify new sales opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
• Consult with customers via phone and email to understand their technical requirements and recommend appropriate manufacturing solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed product quotes, proposals, and sales contracts to potential and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for manufacturing products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and field sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience and order fulfillment.
• Provide post-sales support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to manufacturing orders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, products, or industrial equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client engagement.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical product specifications and solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes or specific industrial product categories.
• Ability to interpret basic technical specifications or product schematics.
• Experience with advanced features of CRM/ERP systems beyond basic data entry.
• Previous experience collaborating with engineering, production, or supply chain teams.
