Automation Technician

**Job Title: Automation Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as a Factory Automation Technician in a highly automated facility, with openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. You will be responsible for installing new equipment and conveyor systems in new buildings, supporting production and technology teams in a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Responsibilities** + Understand and monitor PLC logics of the FA equipment in all processes using the specifications and inspection logic. + Support engineers and the direct manager for any improvements of FA equipment and follow-up any issues. + Troubleshoot any issues in the FA equipment based on the issues in other sites. + Review the layout drawing and update the layout of buildings under the guidance of the direct manager. + Collaborate with other teams and vendors to improve the building layout and follow-up any issues. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 3 years of machine installation on highly automated conveyor systems and machines. + Experience with PLC Logic. + Tooling experience for installation purposes. + Experience with sensors and I/Os. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical systems. + Skill in PLC troubleshooting, preventive maintenance. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy fully company-paid medical benefits, 17 paid holidays in 2025, and 3 weeks of vacation. Some departments are dry rooms requiring specific attire. The environment is meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, brightly lit, and follows strict organizational standards. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Holland, MI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $77792.00/yr. The company offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. This means that no funds are deducted from an employees' paycheck for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Benefits start the first of the month from when you start.
