Landscape Crew Leader
Landscape Crew Leader | $20-$30/hr DOE | Full-Time

We are a small, owner-operated landscaping company with 31 years of experience delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work. We are looking for reliable, experienced crew members who want a long-term position.
What You’ll Do:
- Bed maintenance, weeding, pruning, and hedging
- Brick paving and rock walls
- Sprinkler system work
- Playground set installation
- Equipment cleaning and maintenance
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- 2+ years of landscaping experience preferred
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Willingness to travel for some jobs (extra pay provided)
Requirements:
- Must pass a background check
- Must be drug-free and pass a drug test
What We Offer:
- Full-time, year-round work
- Competitive pay: $20-$30/hr depending on experience
- Extra pay for travel jobs
- W2 or 1099 payment options available
- First day is a paid working interview
