REPORTS TO: Production Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• 2+ years of landscape maintenance, lawn mowing experience in a professional setting

• Ability to identify wanted and unwanted vegetation

• Carry a sense of urgency to complete tasks

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures

• Maintain a clean and safe job site

• Maintain and care for company provided equipment, tools, and vehicles

• Ability to work independently but maintain excellent communication between team and supervisors

ADDITIONAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work and perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism

• Ability to use power and hand tools

• Lift/carry more than 50+/- pounds

• Wear and operate backpack blower

• Work outdoors for extended periods

EDUCATION: This position is preferred to have a minimum education level of: High School Diploma.

EXPERIENCE: This position requires a minimum experience level of 0-2+ years’ experience.

COMPUTER SKILLS: Not applicable.
