Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of manufacturing projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and quality assurance.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Communicate project status, progress, and performance to all relevant stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production lifecycles, and supply chain dynamics.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) and project management software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) applied to manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Siemens Opcenter)
• Familiarity with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 principles
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100)
• Basic understanding of CAD software for reviewing designs
