Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily production activities, ensuring production targets are met.
• Manage, train, and mentor production line personnel, fostering a productive work environment.
• Monitor production output, quality, and adherence to product specifications and standards.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe workplace.
• Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, tracking key performance indicators and progress.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with prior supervisory or team lead responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including coaching and performance evaluation.
• Solid understanding of production processes, quality control standards, and safety protocols.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement (e.g., Lean manufacturing principles).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin)
• Experience with specific ERP/MES software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Project management experience or certification
