Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, breakdowns, and malfunctions.
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, and systems on production lines.
• Conduct precision adjustments and calibrations to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and practical application of preventative and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
• Proficiency in basic welding or machining for fabrication and repair.
• Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
