Custodian Corporate Office
- Must be available to work outside of normal business hours
- Before 8:30am and/or after 5:30pm (Monday-Friday) or on Weekends if preferred.
- 0-29 hours per week (part-time)
- Rate of Pay: $17.00 - $20.00/hour
- Will include a 90 day review and annual review thereafter

- Maintain general cleanliness of all areas of our Corporate Office which may include restroom facilities
- Must be able to use commercial vacuum, mop, and cleaning supplies
- Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders and work at particular heights.
- Manage cleaning supply inventory and communicate inventory needs.
- Interior Door/Window Cleaning
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must have either a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must have the ability to pass a criminal background check, with no felony convictions or misdemeanor convictions.
- Must be able to successfully pass a drug test at the time of hire and annually thereafter.
- Must possess above average customer service skills.
- Must present a friendly, positive, professional image.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time; walk long distances, including up and down stairs; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. must be able to reach with hands and arms, hold objects, and use repetitive motions. Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
