A reputable health system in Greater Detroit is seeking experienced locum CRNAs for a high-quality assignment covering two closely coordinated hospital sites. This opportunity offers excellent physician collaboration, flexible scheduling, and steady case volume in a supervised team model.

Assignment Highlights:

Start: As soon as credentialed

Locations: Must be willing to float between two nearby hospitals (typically notified the day before)

Shifts:

8- and 10-hour shifts are standard

12s, 16s, and 24-hour shifts available

Late shifts (3p11p) and weekend coverage also open

Hours: 40-hour guarantee available

Call: None

Case Types:

No hearts

Primarily neuro, endoscopy, and radiology

Limited peds; mostly routine adult procedures

Daily Volume: ~3646 cases total across both sites (1520 per site)

Model: Supervised ACT (4:1 ratio)

MDs perform their own blocks and regionals

CRNAs place arterial lines

Candidate Profile:

Certified CRNA with NBCRNA credentials

Active Michigan license preferred at submission

Clean background no license actions or malpractice history

Compensation:

All-inclusive rate

Preference for providers open to mileage-only reimbursement or all-inclusive packages

Full contractor support and malpractice coverage provided if needed
