Salary Range: $66,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Investigate and resolve quality non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation, records, and reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes and product reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949), statistical process control (SPC), and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA).
• Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor a quality inspection team.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• ASQ Certification (e.g., CQE, CQA) is preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive).
• Demonstrated experience with supplier quality management and auditing.
