Join Our Team as a Sales Project Coordinator for Rogers Athletics!
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting sales activities related to the bidding, coordination, and installation of weight rooms and Impact Athletic Full Training Rooms. You will serve as a key liaison between Regional Sales Managers, customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate bid documentation and submissions in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers.
- Use Salesforce and internal systems to manage communications, quotes, and project tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of customer and vendor interactions, quotes, and transactions.
- Register Rogers Group Companies on procurement lists to increase bid opportunities.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and installation logistics to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Shipping, and Purchasing to align order processing and delivery schedules.
- Oversee on-site installation requirements including staffing, equipment, and cleanup.
- Communicate regularly with customers, contractors, and co-workers to provide project updates.
- Support the production team with special order requirements and ensure timely submission of prints.
- Assist with forecasting, scheduling, and documentation to support project planning and closeout.
- Secure final project sign-off, address punch list items, and assist Accounting with invoicing.
- Collect and archive final installation images for marketing use.
- Attend trade shows and travel to project sites as needed.
- Provide phone support and general assistance to the sales team.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Prefer bachelor’s degree. Previous formal sales training and project management experience highly regarded. Previous football experience is a plus.
LANGUAGE SKILL: Ability to read, analyze and interpret the English language.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Must possess basic math skills and complete financial analysis. Ability to interpret and read blueprints.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with the variety of situations which occur in the quoting process. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or work order form.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Agility of the upper and lower body extremities and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. There may be times where you may need to pass through or spend time working in our manufacturing facility. In doing so, you must wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow the designated Plant Safety Rules. Must be able to travel and have an active driver’s license.
TRAVEL REQUIRMENTS : This Job will require less than 10% of your time to be spent out of office traveling but may require some overnight travel.
