Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure, including network, servers, and end-user devices across office and plant floor environments.
• Oversee the reliability, security, and performance of operational technology (OT) systems such as SCADA, MES, and industrial control systems.
• Ensure the continuous availability and robust disaster recovery planning for critical manufacturing IT systems.
• Provide technical support and service desk management for all manufacturing and administrative personnel.
• Lead the planning, implementation, and deployment of new IT solutions and technologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and capabilities.
• Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures, with a strong focus on protecting both enterprise IT and industrial control systems.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and IT services.

Recommended Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT management experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications (ERP, MES) common in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage IT/OT convergence, Industrial IoT initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, including budget management and team development.
• Demonstrated success in aligning IT strategy with manufacturing business goals to drive efficiency and innovation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA systems.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI/ML in manufacturing).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Experience with cybersecurity for Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Proficiency with ERP modules specific to manufacturing (e.g., SAP PP, MM).
