Locum - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia
**Practice Setting:** Hospital
**Shift Schedule:** Seeking 2-3 shifts per week (10-12 hours)
**Call Schedule:** None **EMR System:** CERNER
**Supervision:** CRNAs will be under supervision
**Surgical Volume:** Average of 35 surgical cases per day
**Pain Management Cases:** None
**Operating Rooms:** 16
**Pediatric Cases:** Not applicable
**Qualifications:**
- **License:** Michigan License required (no exceptions; IMLC not accepted)
- **Certifications:** NBCRNA certification (new graduates welcome), BLS, ACLS
- **Background Check:** Clean history required; no malpractice for expedited credentialing
- **Provider Type:** Local providers (drive-in)
**Certification Requirements:**
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
- AANA - BLS (American Heart Association)
- NBCRNA
**License Requirements:** - Michigan
