Salary Range: $126,000 - $176,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, specifically for manufacturing operations.
• Manage cost accounting activities, including product costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize manufacturing efficiency and profitability.
• Manage working capital, monitor cash flow, and oversee treasury functions for manufacturing facilities.
• Coordinate and manage external audits, serving as the primary liaison for financial information.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA highly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard costing within manufacturing operations.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and lead a finance team.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced manufacturing ERP modules (e.g., production costing, inventory valuation, supply chain finance).
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and their financial impact.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for enhanced financial reporting and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience supporting M&A activities or strategic capital expenditure planning.
