Dispatcher

Service Professor is excited to expand our team with the addition of a dedicated Dispatcher . As a key member of our service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between our technicians and customers.

These positions will be Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm onsite in Grand Rapids.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Dispatch the right technician to the right job to maximize every opportunity
• Resolve client concerns in a timely manner with 5-star quality customer service
• Communicate between the technicians, clients, and department managers to ensure everyone is communicated with efficiently
• Record the results of each service call and create report summaries for management
• Serve as an integral link in establishing customer rapport, converting clients into customers for a lifetime
• Participate in training to boost sales and ensure quick, accurate dispatch of incoming orders
• Provide timely updates to customers throughout the day on the technician’s progress

What Does It Take?

• 2 years of leadership or scheduling experience, home services experience preferred
• Ability to type at least 35 wpm
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently in a high-paced environment
• Pass a drug screen and background check
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Intermediate computer and telecommunication skills
• Capacity to learn Service Professor's business systems
