Senior AI Solutions Lead (Automotive / Retail)

Position Summary

• Seeking a results-oriented AI professional with proven experience delivering Artificial Intelligence solutions in Automotive, Mobility, Retail, Aftermarket, Supply Chain, or Customer Experience. The ideal candidate has implemented AI use cases in the last 2-3 years that produced measurable business value, operational efficiency, cost savings, or improved customer experience.
• This role bridges business operations, data, and technology by identifying AI opportunities, building POCs/MVPs, and demonstrating value to leadership. The candidate must be hands-on, business-focused, and able to influence stakeholders to driveAI adoption.
• All AI work must comply with client AI Governance, AI Risk Assessment processes, and AI Steering Committee guidance to ensure responsible, secure, transparent, and compliant implementation.

Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, AI, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience delivering AI or Generative AI use cases with measurable business results.
• Industry experience in Automotive, Retail, Aftermarket Parts & Service, Supply Chain & Logistics, or E-commerce.

Technical Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Python, SQL, Prompt Engineering, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Databricks or equivalent AI platforms.
• Experience with Snowflake, cloud data platforms, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, API integrations, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Ability to query, analyze, and model large enterprise datasets.

 
AI Certifications (Required)
One or more of the following:

• One or more recognized AI certifications, such as Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Databricks Machine Learning Certification, Microsoft Applied AI, or equivalent Generative AI certification.

 
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Automotive Service Parts, Dealer Operations, Customer Experience, Retail Analytics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
• Experience implementing predictive analytics, recommendation engines, demand forecasting, digital assistants/chatbots, Generative AI, knowledge management, or agentic AI workflows.
• Experience presenting AI business cases to executive leadership and working with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Snowflake AI, or Databricks.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, MS, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or equivalent).
