Responsibilities
- Deliver quality perioperative nursing care using the nursing process in the OR
- Circulate during operative procedures and assist the surgical team as needed
- Maintain sterile technique, patient positioning, instrument and specimen management
- Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures; communicate findings to the team
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, circulating nurses, and scrub personnel to ensure patient safety and adherence to standards
- Complete documentation in accordance with policy and regulatory guidelines; participate in post-op handoffs and quality improvement activities

Requirements
- Active RN license in Michigan with license verification via LARA and Nursys
- 2+ years of OR experience with circulating responsibilities
- Proficiency in Circulation; experience in Orthopedics, General, Gynecology, Urology, and Neurosurgery preferred
- BLS (AHA) certification
- Completion of an OR skills checklist within one year of application
- Trauma Level II experience preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital OR setting; eligible for travel assignment
- Must be able to start on 05/18/2026 and participate in on-call/rotations as described
