Supervisor Adult Behavioral Health Program
Location: Southgate, MI
Schedule: Full-time | Flexible Scheduling Available

Join our client as a Supervisor in the Adult Behavioral Health Program, where you will oversee the clinical and administrative operations of mental health services designed to support adults in the community. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all clinical and administrative aspects of the Adult Behavioral Health Program

• Ensure the consistent delivery of quality mental health services to individuals and community institutions

• Provide after-hours coverage to support staff with crisis intervention and other urgent needs

Schedule and Shift Details

• Regular hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

• Flexible scheduling is available based on program needs

• Some evening or weekend hours may be required

Travel

• Travel may be required for community outreach or support

• Mileage reimbursement provided at the IRS standard rate of $0.64 per mile when using a personal vehicle

Qualifications
Required:

• Master's degree or higher in a behavioral health or related field

• One of the following valid Michigan licenses:

  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

  • Limited License Psychologist (LLP)

• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting
